He currently leads the Mount Sterling, IL leagues, showcasing his strong organizational and leadership skills. Additionally, Justin regularly participates in tournaments, reflecting his deep commitment and expertise in the sport. His extensive hands-on experience in course development, coupled with his active involvement in competitive play, makes him an invaluable asset to the board.
Quentin Hagen has been playing disc golf casually for 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the sport. Despite not engaging in the competitive scene, his passion for people development and community service is crucial to the success of our mission. Quentin's leadership, creativity, and resourcefulness are key qualities that make him an invaluable asset to our organization, driving our efforts to grow and support the disc golf community.
Luke Tippey, a newcomer to the disc golf scene, brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in other nonprofit organizations. His love for our community and admirable work ethic are essential to our success, contributing valuable insights and dedication to our mission.
Jacob Armbrust, our new Director of Disc Golf Training & Development, resides in Mt. Sterling with his fiancé and their four dogs. His disc golf journey began in 2015, quickly becoming a daily routine, and by 2016, he signed with MVP Disc Sports. Although he hasn't competed in many tournaments recently, Jacob's passion for the sport remains strong. With a background in coaching, he is eager to transition into a player development role. Jacob's dedication to coaching and nurturing talent will be a tremendous asset to our community, positively impacting our programs and the future of disc golf in West Central Illinois.
Born and raised in Rushville, Beau recently moved back from St. Louis last year. He discovered his passion for disc golf in 2018 and fell in love with the game during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 while living in St. Louis. Since then, he has been playing consistently and is excited to bring his enthusiasm and experience to our community. Beau has creative ideas to help our organization engage the community. His dedication and passion for the community will be instrumental in growing and developing the disc golf scene in Schuyler County and the surrounding areas.
